I’ll rather be a barber
Than be a criminal lawyer
My client will only look in a mirror and be the judge
for the services I’ll render
A lawyer will have to count on the verdict of a judge
for the services he’ll render.
I’ll rather just be too healthy
Than be too wealthy
I don’t want to be surrounded by false friends
Who may want to exploit me for their selfish ends.
I’ll rather be an unknown electrician
Than be a high-profile politician
The media care less if I spend vacation with another woman
Or choose to spend more private time with another man
