J E Solomon, a product of the Ghana Institute of Journalism, practised journalism in Ghana for many years. He is currently a radiologic technologist with a New Jersey hospital. He first worked with then Ghana Telecommunications Corporation (now Ghana Postal Services) and became a Postmaster before joining the Graphic Corporation of Ghana as a senior proofreader. J E Solomon contributed regularly to the Women’s Page of the Daily Graphic, and also The Mirror, both national newspapers and won a national Media Features on Children Award with one of his feature articles in 1992. He also wrote several poems and was the author of a sensational short story – An Inglorious Conspiracy, described by some Mirror readers as a masterpiece of a story that begged for continuation.
