BY J E SOLOMON
I once chanced upon a guy named Jerry
He offered me juice made from Cherry
I told him I only drank juice from Cranberry
And seldom would I drink one from Strawberry
He then wanted to know why
Sounding more like a nosy guy
I pretended to be fixing my tie
So I won’t have to tell him a lie
There was a time I used to love sweets
I’d buy them from stores and on the streets
I enjoyed them whole and never in bits
Until I realized the danger and called it quits
When u have everything
And u don’t need anything
Think about those who have nothing
And try to help them with something
Some people have never had it tough
Because they’ve always had enough
Sometimes they even tend to bluff
Until Life throws them some hard stuff
