The sun is up and high
The sky blue and clear
Small and big birds fly
Up and down, far and near
The sun is high
The day is bright
A clear blue sky
Behold the daylight
When evening shall come
The sun will set
And night, too, shall come
After the sun is set
The dawn then cometh
Followed by morning, and day
And night again cometh
Driving the daylight away
A luminous moon is here
Small and big birds are gone
Twinkle little stars appear
Glittering the sky for everyone
